Satin pro Adhesive

I reached out to blushrock company asking for a replacement for my order because when I opened my glue it was dried up. I’ve been in contact with Katinki there at this company for about a year now and she stated she would send me a replacement but I have never received it. First she said it was sent to wrong address and the that it was mailed out but yet I have not received it. If they weren’t going to give me a replacement they should have just said so since the beginning instead of me having to wait and wait for it!!
